Version 2026-10-09 · Mesa private beta

1. Who we are

Mesa is operated by [NAME / COMPANY AND ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. By ticking the box when you sign in and using Mesa you agree to these terms.

2. What Mesa is

Mesa lets you play with physical trading cards while the game is shared digitally: a camera reads the cards on your table and shows them to the other players. Mesa is an independent fan project. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and the names, images and artwork of its cards belong to Wizards of the Coast and their respective owners.

3. This is a beta

Mesa is a private beta. It can be wrong, slow or unavailable, features can change or disappear, and your games, decks and settings may be lost or reset. Do not use it for anything where that would matter. It is provided "as is".

4. Your account

5. How you may use Mesa

6. Your content

The decks, games and settings you create stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the people you play with, only so that Mesa works. We do not sell your content.

7. AI help and mistakes

Mesa recognises cards on your device. When it cannot, it may send a cropped image of the card to an AI service to help (see the Privacy Policy). Card recognition can be wrong. Check the names Mesa shows and correct them. You are responsible for the result of your game.

8. Liability

Because Mesa is a free beta, we are not liable for lost data, lost games or indirect losses, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or end the beta. If a change matters to you, we will ask you to agree again the next time you open Mesa. You can stop using Mesa at any time.

10. Law

Swedish law applies, without taking away the consumer protection you have in the country where you live.
